A Little Note About Nature
Our cabin is tucked away in the woods and right by the lake, making it the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the outdoors. You’ll hear the birds, breathe in the fresh air, and maybe even spot some local wildlife. Although we do have regular professional pest control applications, insects may also make an appearance now and then—just another reminder that you’re surrounded by nature.

Enjoy the up-north experience with our cozy lake cabin with flat elevation, just steps to the water.
The cabin is located on Goodrich Lake with views perfect for sunsets and if you are lucky, northern lights. It is a nice tranquil lake without the boat traffic of the Whitefish chain.
The space
The two-cabin layout has separate sleeping areas perfect for a family escape.
The main cabin has one bedroom and a newly remodeled bathroom. Sleeping is also available on the new sofa sleeper in the three seasoned room, smart TV and electric fireplace as well. The bunk room is separated from the living room by a 1/2 wall.
The outside patio provides a shaded space to enjoy great views of the lake while grilling. The kitchen has all the essentials. There is a well-maintained Kinetico water system that is the preferred drinking water over the tap water.
There is a coffee bar including a kureg provided with supplied coffee pods or a drip coffee maker with coffee beans.
The guest cabin, 15 yards behind the main cabin, provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed and bathroom with shower.
Amenities during your stay include Wifi, plenty of fans and portable AC units in both the main and guest cabins. There is a lakeside picnic table, hammock, fire ring with provided Adirondack chairs. The lakeside deck has a table set, propane grill and hanging rack for towels and wet swimsuits.
Savor a quiet cup of morning coffee on the deck just steps from the waterfront. Listen for the loons calling or spot eagles soaring overhead. Adding to the peacefulness, there is undeveloped land across the lake from the cabin for perfect sunset backdrops. Enjoy the provided paddleboards or kayaks.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the dock, driveway, and lake front area. The dirt and sand driveway is a straight, flat back-in/back-out style. Guests are able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Other things to note
Other notes about Goodrich Lake: This bow-tie shaped lake is 382 acres in size and is approximately 32 feet deep at its deepest point. It is a full recreation lake with most boaters using fishing, pontoon or smaller power boats. Many of the residents on Goodrich Lake tube and ski, but large wake boats would be more difficult to use due to their depth and the shallowness of the lake. Guests who fish can expect the classic Minnesota fish species.
